ESPA has just added two new training partners whose offerings represent the two fastest growing scenarios happening right now; EST for career changers, and EST for IT students. John Mason Institute in Nashua, NH does a lot of training for adults who are seeking new career paths where they can grow and prosper. Their first cohort of EST training/certification for adults begins in about four weeks. Participants will earn the ESPA EST credential and get lots of assistance getting their entry-level jobs in the electronic systems industry. The Columbus Area Career Connection in Columbus, IN is a high school career center that offers comprehensive computer technology and networking classes. They are now adding EST content and certification, which will introduce students to the vast electronic systems industry, where they will be able to put their computer and networking skills to work in audio, video, control systems, security, and more. This hybrid of IT and EST will also be featured in a full semester course which launches in January at Orange County Technical College in Orlando, FL. These students will be offered a comprehensive Electronic Systems Integration course after they have completed two semesters of computer tech and networking. We are very excited about all three of these programs and we are eager to add similar programs in more markets. If you know of a career center or tech school that might be a good fit, please let us know!
